Shipping
Goods are shipped via USPS and tracking is sent when processed. All items aside from personalized items are shipped within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the description of the product.
For multiple orders, we wait to ship until all items are in stock and ready to ship in one package.
Returns
Shopwithcas.com has a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge), less a $5 processing fee. If you choose to return your item(s), please repack your item and request a return label by emailing cathleen@shopwithcas.com.
Exchanges
EXCHANGES are FREE. Just request a replacement item by emailing cathleen@shopwithcas.com so that an exchange can be started. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, we suggest placing a new order in the interim.
