Shipping
Goods are shipped via USPS and tracking is sent when processed. All items aside from personalized items are shipped within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the description of the product.
For multiple orders, we wait to ship until all items are in stock and ready to ship in one package.
CAS Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from CAS! But if something doesn’t work out, we’ll make the return process as simple as possible.

Store Credit Only: All returns are issued as a CAS gift card, which never expires and can be used anytime online.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Window: Please send items back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, we’ll email you a CAS gift card so you can shop again whenever you like.
A little note from us: By offering store credit instead of refunds, we’re able to keep our collections fresh and available to all our customers — and make sure you always have something fun to look forward to with your CAS gift card.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
