SHIPPING

Goods are shipped via USPS and tracking is sent when processed. All items aside from personalized items are shipped within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the description of the product. 

Once an order is marked delivered by USPS, we are unable to replace items that are lost or stolen. However, we're happy to help file a claim and work with USPS to try to locate the package.

For multiple orders, we wait to ship until all items are in stock and ready to ship in one package.
